Loved the design, but not the scratches and dents January 15, 2008

This sink was exactly what I was looking for and I waited 6 weeks for it to arrive. Unfortunately, when it finally did arrive, the finish was scratched in several places and the sink was dented and bent enough that you noticed it immediately. The problem was that the sink was simply placed inside 2 cardboard boxes without any padding to protect it during shipping.
Amazon was great with the return shipping (free) and refund (prompt) -- no problems or hassle.
